PHPLayers Error

Every time I install CMS Made Simple, and I try to use the PHPLayers module, when I mouseover the menu, I get an "Object Expected" error on the page.

Any Ideas? This is a fresh install with default templates.

New Download... new installation. Latest Stable Build... not beta.

Oh, I wasn't expecting that.  This is the first time I've heard of it.

Tried it twice, two separate installations. same error. I get the little caution sign and error notice at the bottom of the browser.
