module manager options have disappeared and other problem with Calendar

Hi
i had problems before with Module Manager
Even though it listed preview of all the available modules, when i clicked on "intall" it just didn't do it. So i went to this site, manually downloaded and then ftped up the module i wanted.
This worked with a couple of modules like the Album, and the Comments modules.
However when i did the same with the Calendar module, although i was then able to install Calendar once ftped up, the available list of modules is gone from Module Manager.
Also, when i go into the Calendar section under 'Content', instead of the title of the page being "Calendar, it says:
--Add Me - module:Calendar string:cal_calendar--
This weirdness is in loads of places on this page, for example the link at the bottom of the page that should say :'Add a Calendar item', instead says:  "--Add Me - module:Calendar string:cal_add_event--"
Can anyone shed any light on this.

Hi,
The modules/Calendar/lang folder is missing in the Calendar-1.7.7 archive.
As a workaround you can upload the lang folder from the  1.7.6 release.
