Error uploading XML file to Modules

When I try to install hitcount 1.04, using the xml file, I get this error.

Could not create a file (permissions problem?) /home/tadmin/domains/tauschenkeunings.nl/public_html/modules/HitCounter/templates/error.tpl (Troubleshooting)

I have set the permissions on the template dir to 777.
It can create the folder Hitcount but with this automatic created folder it has the 755 permissions

Can someone help me with this problem, PLEASE.

I use CMCMS 1.02
