Content Exporter / Importer

That would be nice... I'll soon start to deliver content to my customer on an intranet I'm crafting for them, so i'll soon need it.

I see it as follows:
- Export by selecting from the Content view (add a new entry in the "with selected" list). Exports to xml and CDATA, which has proved to be OK with modules & themes export/import ?
- Import : using the Page Alias to manage unique entries, it would offer to:
  -- erase content with same alias
  -- save old content (with a PREFIX-SAVED-2007-01-06-orig_alias) - under a "Archived" Section
  -- create using saved hierarchy (prune), or under a "Waiting" section ?
  -- ask user
  -- do nothing (leave current)

I gave a look to Themes Import/export module - would it be difficult to clone & adapt it, or to expand it ?

Of course, I'll be glad to learn this is already on the RoadMap or in progress in the Forge... but just saw nothing about this topic.

... I forgot : being able to manage html blobs and user tags would be fine, too !!!
