New real estate website

Hello fooks,

i´m doing real estate in the Dominican Republic. I have several websites and experimented a lot with putting my websites high in google. That worked good, but i want more. I experimented with joomla, but this did not worked out. Now i´m experimenting with this cms system, and i think it´s a very good one.

I´m looking for somebody who can develop for me a real estate website. At this moment the joomla is working under www.caribbean-realestates.com

Somebody interested? Speak english, dutch and german.

I'm sure I could port this over to CMSMS, but I don't use table based layout so it would be changed to with the styling separated from the presentation/html...

I thought the idea of a CMS was that you didn't have to worry about the underlying structure of the site.

I too would use a tableless layout which in fact is better for SEO purposes.
