Help with PHP-MySQL-MyPHPAdmin-CMSMS installation (designer/newbie)

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Are you still running/have installed the other server you aren't using?

At this point I might have just uninstalled both and get just one running, may be some interference...

Mark, I'll do that, then. Once I get the cmsmadesimple.org/index.php I should be good t go, right?

Just wondering: it usually isn't this difficult to get up and running, right? Is it a Windows/IIS thing?

I have never had any problems getting it up and running on my windows iis environments. But perhaps there are some oddities that an unistall-reinstall may remedy on your box.

Well, the uninstall/re-install did it! I got an install system screen with 1,2,3,4,5 at the top of the page and most of the checks getting the green light. I'll hack through from here with the manual.
