I am nearing completion of my new site and getting a little worried about losing stuff.
What is the best way to back up a CMSMS website, templates, db etc..? ???

Make a database backup (either using mysqldump, PHPMyAdmin or the Mysql Dump module) and a copy of your uploads folder.
That usually covers anything that needs backing up.
