Sugestion: Link database

I couldn't find anything like this for CMSms:

Maybe it would be nice if CMS had an internal module for managing a link database: Auto checking, collecting submitted links from users, counting rating and ammount of clicks, several categories et cetera?
Wouldn't that be nice?

Could something like this make it into on of the upcomming releases or as a seperate module?

try the Bookmarks module; it doesn't have all the functionality you're looking for, but it's the best CMSMS has right now...
