Installation in a test folder and then move

Hi,
i have installed cms made simple in a test folder within my existing website, is it possible after all the testing and the migration to the cms to move the content of that folder in the root and still work?

If it is somedomainnameDOTcom/testfolder and you want to move it to somedomainnameDOTcom and it is still using the same DB then move all folders/files to root and open config.php and change all the paths, removing the testfolder part...
