Making changes

Post by sayitlikeitis »

Hi all,

I have been using CMS for all of about 2 weeks.  I lost my way during installation, subsequently resolved my problem, and eventually got the basic installation running.  With my experience fresh in my mind I went back to look at the installation instructions, figured the instructions could do with some improvement, and was surprised to note that I could do this.  A feeling of power and altruism came over me!  I have added to the installation instructions in a few of the steps.

I was expecting my changes to be posted for approval. I believe my changes have improved things.  However, some other good spirited individual might do the same but due to inexperience make inappropriate changes.  Don’t you think there should be some sort of way of monitoring the changes people make?

People can "watch" the page and if someone changes it wrong they can easily revert it. (At least that's how it supposed to work) ;)
Note: I don't have time to take on any more projects. I'm quite busy. I may be too busy to reply to emails or messages. Thanks for your understanding. :)
