Employment: CMSMS Developer Needed

I am a web designer/developer who is looking to subcontract someone with expert-level experience working with CMSMS, including customizing/creating plugins, excellent CSS skills and all aspects of CMSMS.

I have been using CMSMS since version 0.8 and continue to use it for all new client sites. I'm looking for a subcontractor to do the technical CMS work (i.e., setting up a new installation of CMSMS, customizing templates, stylesheets, plugins, etc.,) so that I can concentrate my efforts doing the design work and dealing with clients. So I'm looking for someone who can take my mockups and design direction and convert them into a fully functioning CMSMS site. I also do a lot of Flash work and would be interested in subcontracting that out also if you posess thse skills (ActionScript programming).

Most jobs would begin as a fee-based assignment (i.e., a flat fee based upon the job) but would also pay an hourly rate for work required beyond the scope of the original proposal.
