Multilingual help

Hello, I installed the multilingual hack and it was great but I have 2 things I wanted to know how to do it:
The first: I want the language dutch and set is as default, how to do that?
The second: How can I use mod_rewrite with the hack?

For the default language, see config_lang.php.
mod_rewrite goes into the general config, as normal.
