How to: split the menu

Hi everybody!

I´m a very beginner of CMSMS, a nice sysrtem.
I want to split my menu like this:

Only one node:
Start

Two nodes:
Start | Contact

More than two:
Start | Contact | My home | My car

....and so on.

The problem is that I don´t know how to insert | between.

Take a look at the MenuManager help (Extensions -> Modules, click on the module name or on the help link besides it.
You can use the module parameters to show the items you want. The way the menu looks is defined by (and can be changed in)  the menu template and the navigation stylesheets used.

Well, I have tried to solve this and I have read all manuals, wiki and so on...

There is no problem to bulid up the menu, just to put in "|" between the nodes:


Link 1 | Link 2 | Link 3


...Due to my bad english there is a risk that you have misunderstood me...
