oswd.org templates?

I love alot of designs at oswd.org and I was wondering if it would be difficult to use one of these templates in CMS Made Simple. If it is not difficult how would I do it?

While there is no real doc on how to use a "regular" template in CMSMS, you can take a look at this thread, which was a REALLY brief summary on how to do it.
