Double error message in FeedbackForm... Can't submit

Hello,

What would be causing the following error in FeedbackForm?

There has been an error in the form submission
Please try again later.There has been an error in the form submission
Please try again later.

I have the newest version, have double-checked all the fields, and have tried creating a new form.  The "required" error messages work properly on submit (i.e. if a user doesn't fill in a required field), but other than that I get this error.  I'm using email to specific recipient.

Has anyone had this error before?  Thanks!

That was it, thanks!  I figured it was something simple and obvious, and sure enough, I just hadn't caught that the FeedbackForm was intertwined with CMSMailer.

Can't send email w/o it... if you look at your Modules list it will say what are the Dependants, some won't work if you don't have all the modules required...
