How to remove Admin Menu links

Hi all!
I'm doing a website with CMSMS and i created a special user for maintain it. I'm trying to find a way to exclude some stuff from admin menu like all the "Extensions" tag and "My Preferences" because this user has only to edit content of CMS. So less things it can see..and less problems can make to the site
Is there a way to do this?
