How do I make/update translations? [NEW]

I want to make Turkish translation.

- Registered to Forge
- Requested to join

But didn't get approval mail.
Do I have to do anything than wait?

I dont know why cant get the translation to work!

Anyways, I have your cms installed and been working on the translation in Arabic and Hebrew.. the only Right_to_Left languages!

So, please help to upload them tho.
