Podcast module

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi.
I've installed the Podcast module and all seems well except that it only wants to show a news feed and doesn't Podcast my MP3 file.
The setup instructions are a little vagued so I am not sure if I've done it all correctly as this is the first time I've tried this kind of thing.

I've put it below my news section on the left-hand side of the homepage located here: www.rocky-road.org
Can anyone help me out please?
