Login Error strange

Login Error strange

Here's a wierd one.  THe site I set up with CMS has oonly one admin password and username. I can login in as well as several other people but one person can't. It keeps telling him incorrect password. Any have any diea why? He is using Explorer 7 and is runnign mcafee. Any help would be appreciaited.
