After a ftp upgrade that wen't horribly wrong I tried to install/update the old 0.13 to the latest.
1. menu won't show in frontend
2. menu manager won't install, I deleted folder, and upped it again, shows up, but htting "install" does nothing...
3. in backend tree looks okay

Okay back in business.
For others having similar problems:
In didn't upload the install directory thinking I didn't install it, but upgraded it.
But when you login it asked for the upgrade file in this dir. So I uploaded it. Then the loggin went fine.
It did some yaddayadda...
and I was able to install the menumanager.
I did have to manually upload some other older templates, because I still used it.
For others having similar problems:
