NewsModule Patch Collection

Hi,
working with news module I write some patches that I consider very useful.

The patch file is for cms-1.0.2, I saw that SVN version is different (1 module 1 file), if developers are interested I can create a patch for SVN version.

I think that "name" parameter is the more important feature because it could permit something like "cross tag comunication",
for example:
actually I'm working on a pager-tag, it should be {news-pager tagname="NewsTagName"} where NewsTagName is the ... ehm  "News Tag Name"
and you can put it wherever you want in the layout template.

The idea could be useful for others modules too.
