admin login/password problem after new root url in config file

Hi,

i moved a site in a new folder, and i got now a new url (pointing to this folder). I changed the $config['root_url'] with the new url but now the admin panel tells me wrong login or password ! When i turn back to ancient url i can access the admin (but my urls in the site are displaying the old...). What can i do ?
