erased cmsmailer by accident

HELP! I accidentlly erased cmsmailer - how do I get it installed again? I tried to download the xml version but can't install it. I get an error message saying DTD version missing or incompatible in the xml file.

I would like to try the CMSMailer-1.73.10.tar.gz file but how do I install that?

To use .tar.gz you need an unzip program, I use 7-zip it's free, and I have to dbl. click it to get it untarred, It shows up in the program as a .tar  but clicking it in the program untars it...

Then you can FTP it to your site...
