Guestbook 1.1.2 install instructions?

First of all, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.  I've been all over the web trying to find a Guestbook that is stable with phpnuke 7.6.  I've installed 3 that weren't worth a crap, so when I came across this one that specifically says it works with 7.6 I about kissed the screen.

Now... I got it downloaded, but there really isn't install instructions.  I'm fairly new to this so please bear with me.

Do I have to copy the contents of the Guestbook folder into the root folder, or copy into the modules directory?

I'm hoping this mundane question doesn't piss anybody off, but if I get this working, I will be your biggest fan.

Euh, I wonder where you found it says that.
Guestbook-1.1.2 is a module for CMS Made Simple, not for phpnuke...
