adding a video to cms made simple site

I want to add a video to a cms made simple site. (quicktime or wmv file)

Is it possible for someone to explain the process?

Easiest way is to upload it to youtube then use the code they have to show it on your site...

I liked it and it had the code ready to paste into a page, they will do the same for you and you can make it private so it won't be seen by any one on youtube...
