FeedBackForm - Erasing content with error messages

I'm using cmsmadesimple v1.0.2 and FeedBackForm v0.9.14.

The problem i'm having is as such, i have create a basic "contact us" form with Name, Email and Message inputs which are all required fields. When you submit the form without one or more of the required fields it comes back with errors as one expects, except that those are displayed in both the content section and the FeedBackForm section, thus erasing all content and displaying the errors everywhere.

Has anybody come across this and or found a solution ?

Formbuilder ha the same issues

cant replicate, I get one error message just before the form (the content just disappears, but I think its acceptable)
