How can I Allow Users to use Image Manager?

I've set up a number of sub-folders in Image Manager; I've also set up a number of pages each of which displays the images in one of the sub-folders.

I want users to be able to add images to the relevant sub-folder, so the images will automatically show up on the appropriate page, but: Image Manager only appears in the content menu when logged in as admin!

How can I set permissions so that other users (already in a single group) can use Image Manager? (I'm using 'Maui'.)

I think the group needs modify files permissions
