well, it is really as simple as installing it in every other website. there's nothing special with doing so in CMSMS.
i just did what the installer of slimstat told me and it worked. after installing I had to paste a single include line (its mentioned within the installer how it should look, so i paste only an example here) at the top of /index.php and it worked. my /index.php now looks like this:
