Meta Tags and the such...

I am new to CMSMS, but have used CMSMS on a couple of my sites and have the same problem with all of them. I don't know how to add the metta tags to my pages. I normally had no problem with plain html coding. Now my sites are nowhere to be foud on google or any other search engine. Can someone help me please...

in siteadmin -> global settings there is a global metadata textarea where you can set metadata for all pages, also in page editing you have options tab which has metadata textarea (remember to use html meta tags in those input fields)
