CMSMS and statistics

I tested both statistics module statistics and visitor stat.
I understand that both are at just at begin and a lot of work still need to be done, buth I would suggest to don't reinvent the hot water.

As all of you know a lot of product are around that make statistics, but me too I want something that integreate with thi CMSMS.

Haging around  I found a statistic framework.

Beside including both module feature, it goes further wuth many more functionalities.
The only drawback is that it uses some pear package.

Visiting the author webblog you can find out that this module is not devloped anymore.

Maybe we can start on it and integrate it as stat system for CMSMS

I like pure accesslogs thrown at a tool like AWstats.
(don't forget to activate pretty URLs to make results more readable)
