Is there a possibility to export content to xml for dynamic flash websites.

yes.

you could write new template or user defined tag which gives out xml.

UDT, might be better option..

Yeah the XML output via UDT is the best way to go.... you don't want Flash poking around in the CMSMS Database. Flash is  a nightmare if you're not aware of the security risks... Damn those reverse-engineering tools that save your butt when the fla file corrupts and you've only got the swf to work with.
