Couple of New menus w/Images

I put together a couple of menus, been having fun with images and background-position:...
thought they might be fun to look at...

I like the tabbed one on golf a bit better, it's used on workflow also to get an idea how the current page tab changes...

See now that's what I'm talking about... the image as text menu that's not image as text...

Have any idea how to make the images grow with the text?

There are three images in the menus one on the left one in the middle one on the right...
