Template link "jumps" left

I notice on my new installed site, that the template "CMSmenu top + 2 columns" is acting strange. On the main page the line "next page" on the bottom is jumping to the left if you go over it.

I even logged on to the site Mark is pointing at to retrieve the defaults, and choose the same template on that site. The same behaviour is occuring over there.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how this can be solved.
