Remove Menus in Admin Panel

Hi

I want to be able to lock down the Admin Panel so much in that all the users sees is what has been defined by me......


Say I only want him to add pages, but not view the templates, stylesheets, module manager etc etc....


Basically I only want him to view the menus Content and Users & groups, View Site and Logout and the sub menus of these in turn.


How can I achieve this

Start with creating a new user and a new group, add the user to that group and give the group only the permissions you want it to have...

Actually there's no need to, without permissions those items only give help info.
