Fearing that I'll make an idiot of myself, I'll just say this: I would like users and visitors to be able to view a directory of files in a similar ways the admins are able to view them, while so that they don't have to be redirected away from the pretty CMSMS page and directed to the ftp-looking-like page. Here's the scenario:
I have files on my computer that I keep synchronized with a subdirectory my web directory, I would like users to be able to view these files through CMSMS rather than have to have them be directed to the ftp-looking thing, and I certainly don't want to individually list the files on a content page by hand.
Anyone out there run into this and find a way to do it, or does a module exist that has similar functionality? Thanks for any help.

Okay, I've done a little more reading into how to do this so maybe I can explain it better. What I want to do is create a file/directory list template so that files/directories from the uploads folder could be displayed within CMSMS. Any help would be appreciated.
