"Insert Flash" not working in TinyMCE

hi

when i try to insert flash in my content in tinyMCE editor, it does'nt shows anything in the content...
it's just blank...

in the html view it shows the following code:

what's the correct way to do it

spacer.gif is not a source of a flash-file.

ya i know but TinyMCE is automatically including it instead of the flash file which i specify.

Flash file which i want to display is header5.swf, but it is showing it in title and alt  attribute...
