How to get persistance with section_expand Menu Manager?

Hello,

I am using version 1.0.2 "Maui" on Apache.

I used the section_expand MenuManager from the documentation page, and it works fine.  The only problem I'm having is getting the child links to stay open.

For example, when the section header is clicked on, the child links show. But once a child link is clicked, the section closes, and I have to click on the section header again to open the child links.

How do I keep the child links showing as each one is clicked on?
