I am a newbie. Please Help. (Fatal Error after installation)

Hi. The installation was successful. But when I viewed the cms site, I get

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in c:\tlf\wamp\www\cms\lib\Tree\Tree.php on line 641

My server configuration are as follows :
Apache version :  Apache/1.3.33 (Win32)
PHP version : 5.1.0RC1
MySQL version : 4.1.13a-nt - extension : mysqli

I use wamp.

I hope someone could help me.

It may be due to using PHP 5 you might want to search the forum to see if it's in another thread...
