Reciprocal Links Module

Does anyone else think that a reciprocal links module would be a nice addition?

A lot of folks are using these now, to generate traffic and higher SEO stats and I think it would be fab to have as a module that you could just stick in a links page. You could have a form to be filled out and have it automatically check that a link back exists... then other useful features would be the ability to check link backs periodically, admin or automatic approval and e-mail notification when a link is added....

What do you think?

I hope you are aware that reciprocal links don't augment your PageRank and if you have too many of them Google even penalises you...

Did anyone ever find a compatible link module?

Also, does anyone know of a compatible ad server module?

Seem to be about the last two pieces I am missing.
