Hi,
I assume that cmssimple.org is running the latest version of CMS Made Simple... I was just wondering if anyone had checked out what it looks like in Safari? There are several positioning problems with the main content and the logo in the header appears to not have loaded completely...
I am using Safari 1.3.2. Please let me know whether this is a site specific problem or a problem with the version of CMS before I update the version I am using on http://www.dpi-print.com/ - 1.0.1 "Oahu" which seems to work perfectly in Safari.
Thanks,
Jen
Latest version safari problems... Topic is solved
Re: Latest version safari problems...
its site specific. and fully depends on your template
I dont own a mac so I cant test / fix these :/

Thanks tsw,
My template's just a heavily styled version of the default one so I think I'll wait a while before updating...
Good luck with finding a mac owner to sort it.

Re: Latest version safari problems...
Your templates will not change on upgrade. upgrade stuff only changes db schema leaving content untouched.

jen,
I've noticed the cmsms site display issues in Safari also.
However, I have just installed the default installation 1.0.2 and do not notice any problem in Safari yet. So maybe it's just the cmsms site that has the problems because of customization that they have done. Not sure, but that's my thought anyway.

Re: Latest version safari problems...
its probably just this site. Ted has a mac and iirc he tested the default templates before releasing 1.x
