FCKEditorX - loads of errors

Running 1.0.2.
If I select FCKEditor as my editor of choice, whenever I try to edit a page I get loads of errors - mostly 'Can't load....' and then specifying files in the plugins/CMSContent and plugins/CMSModules directories of the FCKEditor module. The files it can't load are present, and their permissions are set to 644. When I get rid of the errors, the next errors are: 'Unknown Modules: CMSContent' and 'Unknown Module: CMSModules'.
The editor icons then load! However, when I enter and select some text, and click on the 'insert link' icon, a popup window appears and goes to the Scourceforge module page. Oops.
I've tried disabling and re-enabling the module, but no luck.
I've downloaded a new install from www.fckeditor.net, but don't really want to start overwriting files...
Can anyone offer any assistance. I quite like this editor (even though it too uses
by default, when it should really use tags).
