Errormessage FrontEndUsers: Incorrect datetime value

Post by hesbas »

When I enter a new user in FEU I get this message:

Incorrect datetime value: ''2006-09-26 14:49:08'' for column 'createdate' at row 1

Has it somthing to do with the language??

I'm using CMSMS 1.0.2 on Win2k3, PHP 5.1.2, MySQL 4.1.7

This is interesting, I have no problems on the latest svn version of CMS, I've even uninstalled and re-installed the module a couple of times.  Are you using adodb, or adodb lite (hint, check your config.php)?

Anyone found a fix for this?

Would installing the latest SVN of CMSMS fix it?  I see in the SVN that there's something that appears to be related (with changes made 5 days ago).

Does upgrading to the latest SVN follow the same process as a full release?  Anything I should know before I try it?

You can try the latest svn, but I haven't touched it in a number of days, and the last time I did a re-install of feusers I had no problems.  Not sure what's happening here.

I think I'll try a new install of CMS and feusers tonite if I have time.

OK, I'll try a few things and see what happens.  Thanks. :)

OK, well it seems to only happen on a server running IIS.  I have no idea why that would even make a difference, but it seems it does.

Of course, on an Apache server, it can create users, but sets their creation and expiration dates to 00-00-0000 00:00:00.

I've committed a few changes to SVN that should (hopefully) solve this problem.  Though I don't know.  I was stabbing in the dark as I couldn't reproduce it here.

Thanks.  When I'm not in the middle of a business day I'll play with it.

Still exact same behavior.  Same error on IIS, no creation/expiration dates on Apache.  Using the daily svn build.

it's (probably) because the database fields are of type DATE, not DATETIME.  Can you confirm this?
you should see them in cms_module_feusers_users

Hello,

this is my first post in the CMSMS forum.

It seams that I have also this problem (version 1.1.1). I'm running CMSMS on xampplite on WinXP (no IIS). Do not hesitate to ask me for some help.

Cheers.

PS: I find CMSMS absolutely fanstastic  :)
