old url's with month, year... from calendar module still referenced by google !

Hi,

i tried a few months ago the calendar module on a site. I removed the module 3 months ago, and put my site on another web server. Actually google finds 12 pages of links pointing to my site, like http://www.mysite.com/index.php?page=le ... uage=fr_FR. The mod rewrite is on since i moved the site on the new server. All url are in www.mysite.com/index.php/category since 3 months ago but Google don't display these links !!.
How can i redirect all the old url's to the new ones ? Is "Redirect permanent" in .htaccess the only solution ? Or will Google delete the old url's and change them by the new, and when (i use sitemap) ?
