PHP and MySQL Version

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Tried on local Xampp server - works with both versions ...

Thats is fine because the latest Xampp has a bug, you cannot define memory_limit, so you are working with 8 mb.
