Is the WYSIWIG screen supposed to reflect what the site looks like?
Mine looks like a hideous mess!
If any devs or mods want to look then I can provide the address and login details to see.
WYSIWYG Output not reflecting preview
Re: WYSIWYG Output not reflecting preview
Wysiwyg tries to look like your content part of the site, preview tries to look like the page you are editing. both have minor problems.

Re: WYSIWYG Output not reflecting preview
Well the page menu (table based) is now a two column layout instead of one table down the page.
I have switched top XStandard but the options are very vague and I don't know how to hook up my stylesheet to it.

Re: WYSIWYG Output not reflecting preview
Can anyone help with XStandard setup then?
It's great as far as source formatting goes but I cannot enter any of my CSS styles from the drop down menu.

Re: WYSIWYG Output not reflecting preview
So how do you edit the code and how do you expect our customers to?
Do you not test the apps you produce?

Re: WYSIWYG Output not reflecting preview
Those of us who do use a WYSIWYG will most times, imho, just apply/submit and refresh already open page we are working on to see results.
The preview option in the edit content page is not very reliable for a true look at the page, for one thing I believe it still doesn't show the second content boxes content.
I personally work this way and use tinyMCE as an editor and never use tables for layout, but that's just me....

I use tables for data and not for layout
Take a look at http://www.185theterrace.com
Now can someone help me with getting my styles into XStandard?
