Problems with Album-0.7.3

I have downloaded Album-0.7.3 and copied it to my modules folder on my home machine, however when I log to the site admin screen and select the modules option to get a listing of modules in order to complete the install and activation I get the following message

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Album::RegisterContentType() in C:\wamp\www\cmsmadesimple\modules\Album\classes\module\class.Album.php on line 90

Whenever I go back and delete the album folder the message goes away and everything works fine. I am trying to install from the tarball, by the way whenever I download and try to upload the XML file from the Admin Panel after the hour glass goes away I get the following message

DTD Version missing or incompatible in the XML file

What does this mean?

I am using Canary(0.13), Windows XP SP2, Apache 2.0.58, PHP 5.1.4, MySQL 5.0.22-community-nt.

You will have to go down a couple of versions, 0.7.0 I think, the latest album only works with newer CMSMS. sorry...
