Blank Site after upgrade from 0.12.1

Hi ,

I copied my site on an pc. All was fine.
When I tried to upgrade from version 0.12.1 to 1.0.2 my site looked really strange. There were error messages about cache.
Ok, so I tried to clear the cache and the site was blank.
The admin-mode runs fine. And all the contents is still there but the preview is blank.
What is wrong?
Is there anyboby, who can help me?

Check permissions on the tmp directory (and all of it's contents), the webserver should be able to write files there.
Also you might want to check the server log for errors, or you could turn on debugging in config.php to get more info about what's going wrong.
