Suggestion for improvement of CMSMS Translation center

Hi all,
I think it would be great if one can not only translate online in translation center, but also download original language file to translation, translate and upload again. It would allow translators to translate modules when they're not online and use tool which they like ( like phplangeditor).

If it can be done, thanks in advance,

P.S. I enclose fictive image of this upgrade. I don't think, that icons must be used, but I like it better. If it will be used like this it will allow us to show some statistics or revert tracking interface when clicking on name of module.

Would be nice if TC displays dates of last modification (original and translation). So I can see quickly when I have something to do.

Another option could be I can mark a translation as ready (resetted by next original version).
