Links Shifting during rollover
Links Shifting during rollover
Hello,
I am using 1.0.1, and with the standard install when I use any template, all of my links build into the template shift over.
This is only in IE. FireFox is good.
1) The print icon, when i roll over it, shifts to the right about 5 pixels (and stays there after)
2) The Previous and Next page links on the bottom of content pages shift over left around 20 - 30 pixels (and stay there after)
3) The "Top" link shifts over to the right about 5-10 pixels and stays there.
I am using the standard template for top nav and 2 columns, and standard css for it.. any ideas?

Re: Links Shifting during rollover
its ie3px jog bug iirc 1.0.2 has that covered with this changeset (sorry its kind a hard to read)
http://trac.cmsmadesimple.org/cgi-bin/t ... geset/3443
iirc just remove floa:left; from div.right49 {}
Hope this helps

My right49 does not have float:left.

Re: Links Shifting during rollover
When I remove the float: values, the page links and the top link all move much much closer together.

Am having the same problem.
Have tried the adaptations in the topic, but am not getting any results.
I don't quite understand the second post though. I looked up the information. But I downloaded the program around the 20th, so would that mean the update is included?
The css for the next and previous page is:

The css for the next and previous page is:

Haven't gotten the solution yet for the print button and the top link. It might have something to do with the link hover function in I.E.
When you remove the float:right function for the "Top" the shifting stops in I.E.
Edit: It has something to do with the browser being maximized. Refresh on smaller size (non-maximized) browser, and the shifting does not occur.

Re: Links Shifting during rollover
Adding "width:99.8%" to the div#pagewrapper in the original Top menu + 2 columns stylesheet
solved the problem of all the shifting links for me in the CSSMenu top + 2 columns Template.

Re: Links Shifting during rollover
well I'm afraid it didn't work for me - just visit this site - http://www.silviasjewellery.co.uk/ and click Calendar, thenmouse over any link on the page apart from Users Calendar and watch it jump.DTP_Design wrote: Adding "width:99.8%" to the div#pagewrapper in the original Top menu + 2 columns stylesheet

Re: Links Shifting during rollover
It is still relative. If you enlarge the browser window to almost maximised, the shifting still occurs. I think it may have to do with the P7_MinMaxW functionDTP_Design wrote: Edit: It has something to do with the browser being maximized. Shifting also happens if you hover over other links. And I also have pages with images that appear in the middle of a paragraph - even though they're left-aligned, and when I hover over the Print-icon, they shift into place.
None of the solutions in this thread have worked for me.
