Apply button for User Defined Tags

I would find it so useful if there were an apply button on the User Defined Tags, like there is on regular pages.

I use a lot of tags to control the content on my site so that my editors don't accidentally (or intentionally) alter certain sections of the page. That's probably not what they were intended for but an Apply button would make things so much easier, and is probably simple to add.
